First Visit

Your First Visit for Holistic Chiropractic Care

Your first visit evaluation begins with a comprehensive review of your Health History Form, health concerns, routines, habits, goals, family and occupational history and details of current medications, supplements and any specific diet that you may be on or have been on. It is followed by a physical examination and possibly in-office diagnostic procedures. We take the time to listen to your concerns and we are skilled at getting to the heart of your problem so that the appropriate treatment plan can be customized to your specific needs.

Your physical examination includes but is not limited to a holistic chiropractic assessment (vital signs, posture analysis, motion palpation), orthopedic and neurological testing. X-rays may be required if your condition warrants them and they are done outside of our office, however all patients' conditions do not necessarily require X-rays. Prior studies such as X-rays, MRI or CT-Scan may be requested for review in order to better assess your current condition.

Following this primary consultation, we carefully review and research each case in order to develop a refined personalized wellness plan before your second visit. Treatment may be given if necessary at this time.

YOUR SECOND VISIT

During your second visit we explore various options specifically tailored to you. These may also include recommendations for blood tests, allergy tests, lifestyle analysis, saliva tests, chiropractic care, kinesiology assessment, energy medicine and/or massage & bodywork therapy. Together, we decide which one(s) would fit best for you, your goals and your lifestyle. It's important for us at Center for Holistic Care, PLLC, that you feel empowered to make decisions about your health and healing process. In synergistic discussions we discover together what next steps to take towards your wellness journey.

FOLLOW UP VISITS

Follow-up visits are scheduled to continue the ongoing treatments and conversations about your health. These are used to monitor your progress and, if necessary, refine and expand your plan of care. As you regain a sense of vitality, our visits will focus on health maintenance through the development of a personalized prevention plan that funds your life goals and contributes to the self-actualization of your goals. The frequency of your visits will depend on the pace of your progress, the type of therapy we choose and the amount of support you need to implement your plan of care.
